WE WILL NOT YIELD
This Union was built to accept each and every one of you with open hearts and understanding. Even though we may not be able to help each one of our members individual with workers issues, we are currently focused on our common goals, as a whole.
his Union was not built to attack one another, dox one another, speak ill of one another or to bully each other on who is right or wrong, or who is better than who. We have enough pressure coming from the outside world, we need to treat each other with kindness and respect and we apologize for any actions in which any officer related to this Union acts in any way that is not in such matter.
This Union was built to accept each and every one of you with open hearts and understanding. Even though we may not be able to help each one of our members individual with all issues, we are currently focused on our common goals, as a whole
The following issues are the issues in which this Union will accomplish and until these goals are met we
WILL NOT YIELD
No matter what attacks or threats you throw at us.
1. For the industry to be removed from the "High Risk Profile"
- So that workers in the industry can obtain loans at a normal % rate instead of a high risk % rate, in which sets us up to automatically fail,
- So that merchant accounts and other financial institutes can no longer charge us a higher interest rate.
- Establishing changes in the industry to make us more stable, such as a mandatory safety and education class. These classes are proven to provide workers with a safer and more stable work environment in which in return will lower the Insurance and Workman’s Comp rates for employers and provide education on much needed knowledge of sexual transmissions, financial help, sociology preparedness and much more.
2. Add you cannot discriminate against your legal source of income through the EOCC.
- So that workers may place what they do for a living on any housing and job application without the fear of discrimination.
- By filling complaints and reports to the EOCC
- Petition a bill regarding discrimination facts
3. To get adult film industry workers back to making money like we were meant to do
- Fighting for Royalties. Not against the company owners but against the satellite stations, hotels, and cable companies.
4. By making all Adult Industry workers employees instead of self-employed
- So that we have rights such as unemployment, Social Security and Health Insurance. These rights are basic human rights.
- So that workers in this industry have the rights to organize and are protected under NRLB and other State and Federal worker protection.
Adult Film Talent, UNDETECTABLE DOES NOT MEAN UNTRANSMITTABLE!
Once again the FSC is not telling you the whole truth!
Cam Girls, Getting scammed out of your money? Live web companies taking too high of a %?
Companies are withholding your funds with no reason why, and no way to fight the issue.
Dancers, have you worked an 8 hour shift and had to give all your money to the house, the bartender, the DJ, the house mom, and everyone else with their hand out? Leaving you with barely enough money to pay the babysetter?
These actions may be illegal, and we can help you earn more and take more home.
Ever seen yourself on late night HBO or Showtime and think to yourself,
"Humm, shouldn't I be getting paid for that?"

The International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU)
is a federally recognized labor union representing those in the adult entertainment industries where one must be over 18 to participate.
While Ms. Daniels is paid to represent strip club owners, we are an entirely volunteer-run union that represents dancers.
The International Entertainment Adult Union unequivocally supports the Dynamex decision, as ruled by the California Supreme Court, which made clear the difference between an independent contractor and an employee.
We also support AB5 (California Assembly Bill) and related measures to codify this decision further into law. We go even further and hope that the rest of the country will follow California's pro-worker, pro-union lead.
