    Labor Law Codes

    Section 226.8, 2753  Unlawful for any employeer to "willfully misclassify" an employee as an "Independent contractor".

      

    Section 7 (29 U.S. Code Section 157)  Gives employees the right to act with coworkers to imporve working conditions.  Employers are forbidden from interfering with employees who are joining labor unions.

    Penal Code 552.1, 602 - Union agents involved in union activitey are exempt from most trespassing laws.

    556 U.S. 247 INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES CAN NOT sue the employeer without going through the steps outlined in the Union grievence and arbitration procedures.
